Full Program Breakdown/DTC Retention + CRM Audit

The gap between what you're making and what you should be making is in your email program.

We find the gap. Then we close it. Here's how the engagement actually works.

Start with the audit
§ 01

Every engagement starts the same way.

We don't build on guesswork. Before recommending anything, we need to know what you have, what's missing, and where the revenue is actually going. The audit is how we get there.

01

Free assessment. Twenty minutes, no slides.

Fill out a short intake. We look at your setup, your list, your tools, whatever's relevant. You get three to five specific observations. You keep the notes either way.

02

CRM audit. Four deliverables. $1,750 flat.

Two structured sessions. Revenue Leakage Map, Sharpened Positioning, Highest-Leverage Next Action, and Dormant Asset Inventory. Delivered in two to three weeks. 50% at signing, 50% on delivery.

03

Retention program. Built on what the audit found.

If the audit confirms the foundation is there, we scope the ongoing retainer. Welcome flows, second-purchase sequences, win-back campaigns, VIP logic, and the weekly email service if the brand has a story worth telling. Priced after the audit, not before.

§ 02

Things people ask before they start.

"We already have an email platform."

Good. We work in Klaviyo, Omnisend, SailThru, Attentive, and others. We configure what you have, not sell you something new.

"We tried an agency and it didn't work."

Agency work is usually template-first. We start with your data and build from there. You work directly with one person, not an account coordinator passing notes to a copy team.

"We're not ready for a retainer yet."

Start with the audit. You get four deliverables you can act on with or without us. If you want to continue, we scope the retainer after the report delivers.

"We don't have a big list."

Size matters less than behavior. A list of 5,000 active, segmentable customers is more valuable than 50,000 cold addresses. We work with what you have.

§ 03
[ THE PROGRAM ]

Start with a 20-minute call.

No pitch deck. No obligation. We ask about your current setup, tell you what we'd look at first, and if the fit makes sense, we scope the audit from there.
